Welcome to Yummy and Healthy

WELCOME to my Yum and Healthy Recipes BLOG I have created for sharing the recipes for the food I make. Often people have asked me for them so this is my way for you to access my recipes and print them for yourself.
I eat a vegan diet, sugar, wheat and alcohol free, and I have been vegetarian for over 40 years. I am very health minded and into healing and spiritual practices. Blessing your food raises the energy of the food and being grateful for it also, you can just say I love you and thankyou to your food! Your beliefs about food being good or bad for you creates negative energy for you and in the food. So loving your food is very important as this helps the food to be very beneficial for you. We also drink Blue Solar water which we make by putting a blue glass bottle with a plastic lid not metal outside in the sun for an hour.Here is a link for an article on my blog on: blue solar water
Some recipes I have adapted, some are my own creations and some recipes from others are unchanged. Eventually these will all be available as a blog Book you can purchase.
