CAROB APPLE CAKE

CAROB APPLE CAKE VEGAN SUGAR FREE WHEAT FREE
Here is a great favourite of mine I have been making for years I got it from a friend of mine . It doesn't stay soft and fresh very long so best to eat it that day, I have found after this it loses its moisture and becomes dry, then I heat it up in a glass casserole dish with a little liquid and it is soft again or I turn it into a pudding by adding more water and add vegan custard when serving.
Substitute ingredients as you WISH. 
Apple juice concentrate can be honey or maple syrup etc but only add small amount. Use normal flour as you wish and any sweetener you use as you can make this how you enjoy. Use carob or chocolate as you like.
